Who you are contracting with & acceptance

ACE Prep Hub is operated by ACE Digital Systems, LLC, a limited liability company. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or continuing to use the service, you accept these terms and enter into a binding agreement with ACE Digital Systems, LLC. You confirm you are of legal age and, if purchasing on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

Payments & Merchant of Record

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates. Stripe is the Merchant of Record for all orders, including tax calculation, collection, and remittance where applicable. Customer service inquiries and refund requests are handled by ACE Prep Hub in coordination with Stripe.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Stripe's Services Agreement at stripe.com/legal together with our refund policy below.

Refund policy

Try ACE Prep Hub risk-free for 30 days. Every purchase includes a 14-day no-questions-asked full refund. From day 15 through day 30, the same full refund remains available provided you have completed less than 20% of total practice items, so we can protect the platform from bad-faith abuse while keeping normal study exploration risk-free.

For the first 14 days after purchase, request a 100% cash refund for any reason — no usage conditions, no questions asked. To request a refund during your eligible window, please contact support through our in-app Help & Support channel or email us directly at support@aceprephub.com.

From day 15 through day 30, the same full refund remains available provided you have completed less than 20% of total practice items. This usage guardrail protects the question bank and coaching content from bad-faith consumption while still giving genuine candidates a full month to evaluate the platform.

Once approved, cash refunds are issued immediately by ACE Digital Systems, LLC and processed back to your original payment method via Stripe. Credit and debit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution. All eligible refunds are issued in full with $0 administrative or restocking fees.

For Retaker Turnaround Flex-Pay orders ($485 x 2), requesting an eligible cash refund within the 30-day window immediately cancels all remaining scheduled installment payments and refunds eligible prior charges according to the 14-day / 30-day usage criteria.

Requesting and receiving a cash refund ends your software access immediately and permanently. Your existing diagnostic reports and score history are retained in a read-only archive and are no longer available for new drills, exports, or reports.

If you reach our readiness target before sitting your official CFP® exam and do not pass, upload your official score report. Once we verify the outcome, your access extends free through one additional eligible sitting plus 14 days. Your dashboard tracks it automatically. One extension per order.

The Pass-or-Retry Guarantee provides extended platform access at $0 charge for one additional eligible CFP® exam attempt if you reached our readiness target before sitting and do not pass. It never converts to a cash refund. Requesting and receiving a cash refund voids warranty eligibility for that exam cycle.

License, intellectual property & acceptable use

All software, question banks, rationales, tax tables, study blueprints, documentation, and branding remain the exclusive intellectual property of ACE Digital Systems, LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal study within your selected plan; no ownership is transferred.

You must not misuse the service: no unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringement of intellectual property, reverse engineering, scraping or automated access, resale or redistribution of content, credential sharing, or interference with platform security. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations. If we suspend your account, we tell you the reason and you can contact Support to resolve it. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time by contacting Support, and we will act on that request as described in our Privacy Notice.

Service level

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Our Privacy Notice explains what personal data ACE Digital Systems, LLC collects as data controller, the legal bases for processing, who we share it with (including Stripe as Merchant of Record), how long we keep data, security measures, and your rights.

All content, tax tables, calculations, and explanations from Rowan, the AI Tutor are provided strictly for CFP® examination preparation and educational purposes. Nothing on this platform constitutes professional financial, tax, investment, or legal advice.

Rowan, the AI Tutor, is an artificial-intelligence study aid. Its responses may contain errors or omissions and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete or current. Verify important figures and rules against official IRS, SSA and CFP Board sources before relying on them, including on your exam.

Pass-or-Retry Guarantee

The Pass-or-Retry Guarantee provides a zero-cost account extension through one additional eligible CFP® exam sitting for candidates who reach our readiness target before sitting the official exam and do not pass. Eligibility is tracked in your dashboard and requires a weighted overall readiness of 80% or above (weighted by official CFP® domain weights), with no domain below our 70% readiness target, and a domain counts toward that check only after 25 answered questions in it.

1. Sit your officially scheduled CFP® exam within the cycle covered by your plan and report the outcome through the Exam Portal.
2. Reach our readiness target before exam day: a weighted overall readiness of 80% or above (weighted by official CFP® domain weights), with no domain below our 70% readiness target, and a domain counts toward that check only after 25 answered questions in it. Your dashboard tracks this automatically.
3. Upload your official score report so we can verify the result.
4. Once the result is verified, access extends through one additional eligible CFP® exam sitting plus 14 days at no additional charge. One extension per order.
5. If you will skip that sitting, you may use one self-service deferral for that extension to move coverage to the following published sitting. Request it before the original expiry; the new date is final, and another skip requires support review for exceptional circumstances.
6. Skipping a sitting does not count as an exam attempt and does not create another automatic extension.
7. Pass-or-Retry Guarantee provides extended platform access only. It never converts to a cash refund, and it is void if the order was refunded.

The extension is an additional benefit and does not limit your statutory rights or the 30-Day Fair-Play Cash Guarantee described above.

Limitation of liability & arbitration

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACE Prep Hub's liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is strictly limited to the total amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months. All disputes shall be resolved via binding individual arbitration, waiving rights to class action lawsuits.

Subscription & cancellation terms

Flex-Pay and subscription plans automatically bill according to selected terms. Cancellations retain access through the end of the paid billing period.

Liability & independence

ACE Prep Hub is an independent educational study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc., Prometric, or any other examination or credentialing body.

By using this platform you agree that ACE Prep Hub is not responsible for exam outcomes, scheduling, or eligibility decisions made by third-party boards. All study recommendations are generated from your own practice data and should be reviewed alongside official candidate resources.
