Once approved, cash refunds are issued immediately by ACE Digital Systems, LLC and processed back to your original payment method via Stripe. Credit and debit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution. For Retaker Turnaround Flex-Pay orders ($485 x 2), requesting an eligible cash refund within the 30-day window immediately cancels all remaining scheduled installment payments and refunds eligible prior charges according to the 14-day / 30-day usage criteria.
